Anxiety Warrior Volume One came from seeing so many people in my private practice looking for strategies to lower their anxiety and stress levels. After many public talks, the need to make these strategies accessible became evident. Anxiety Warrior Volume Two has delved deeper into more resources and shares heartfelt, heroic stories of people like us. The two volumes together make a complete collection of resources for managing and lowering anxiety. Each has a rich uniqueness in its offering.
